Hello world! My name is Victoria and I grew up just a 8km out from the city of Perth! I absolutely love animals which is why I have a degree in Zoology and Conservation Biology from the University of Western Australia and I also own an indoor cat! I love travelling and hope to see as much of the world as I can in my lifetime! I am currently taking a year off to work so I can accomplish these dreams!

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
I am currently (2016) working hard at my jobs to earn enough to backpack a little bit of Asia, Europe and the US with my boyfriend for around 4 months in 2017 or 2018 and would love to experience places the way the locals do and get to know all the secrets of the cities I go to!
Musique, films et livres
Music = Alison Wonderland, Ellie Goulding, Sable, Flume, Peking Duk etc. Movies = Anything Disney or from Studio Ghibli Books = The Dragonkeeper Series by Carole Wilkinson are my childhood favourites! Fruits Basket Manga as well because I'm a sucker for drama, mystery, romance and main characters who are clumsy!

Nothing in particular but I am lucky that I am fortunate enough to experience all that I have! Also I guess I have climbed up and down Bluff Knoll (1095m above sea level), Western Australia 3 times and took a helicopter to stand on top of Fox Glacier in New Zealand!

Want to know about Australia, it's wildlife and nature? My boyfriend and I have a plethora of knowledge as we both have degrees in Science (Zoology, Conservation Biology and Marine Science)! We love where we live, particularly the quiet isolated country side and would love to share this with the world over a cup of tea in exchange for a place to stay! We're also keen travellers that have been to many places and we have many stories to share :)
