I'm a graduate of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University in philology (German & English languages). I decided to take some gap years before doing my Master's degree. At this time I'm trying to develop in dancing and travel as much as possible (sometimes it goes together) . One of my target countries for the next year ( yep, I'm saving up) is Cuba. Hopefully I could visit the motherland of salsa soon!

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing
I don't really like the idea of travelling for the tick in a notebook or 2-3 photos near the most famous sights. That's one of the reasons why I don't like bus tours. The important thing is to feel the town/city, to talk to the citizens, to get to know a new culture, to find "secret" (non-tourist) attractions and best places to eat out. Couchsurfing allows you to get acquainted with people of different ages, experience, cultures, professions, broaden your horizons of knowledge, practice languages. At the end of the day you and your host/surfer gather around the table and have a nice chat with the cup of tea. Wouldn't you like it?
Musique, films et livres
The question of favorite music , movies and books is always a difficult one for me. Lately I've been into salsa and bachata and a couple of years ago I was fond of rock ( mostly classic rock). It's magical to listen to jazz in live. Books are my passion so it's better to talk about them personally!

Enseigner, apprendre, partager
I love talking about my hitchhiking and travelling experience in general. As I'm into dancing I could teach you something of bachata or salsa...))
