The community promotes trust and friendship through the world. HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I've hosted 50+ people & traveled a handful of times via couch surfing. I use it a lot when I'm traveling to meet other people. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I attended TentSurf 2009 which was excellent and Crash The Lou 2012.

My first trip out of the USA was interesting. I bought a one way ticket to Mexico on Sunday and left on Wednesday. I didn't have a hotel or a plan. I just went. Met amazing people and had the best time of my life.
