ASTVS : Association de Sud du Travail Volontaire et Social

ASTVS is a youth and non-profit making organization , situated in Errachidia, a city in the South-East of Morocco in the border area of the Middle Atlas mountains and the Sahara.

ASTVS organises volunteer work in Morocco, mostly in the south east and the north part of the country and in the summer period.

ASTVS is founded by a group of young Moroccans having in mind the following goals:

To bring under attention the poverty which is reality for a lot of people in the area and to create a common understanding amongst different cultures in the world .

To support educational, social and cultural projects in the region which can hardly be realized without the aid of volunteers .

To favor and promote international youth exchanges, through the means of voluntary service, regardless of social, racial or religious background to develop personal commitment in a group or individual activity. Our organisation organize volunteer work and international Workcamps in Morocco. What is a workcamp in Morocco with ASTVS?

A workcamp is a short term project with duration of several weeks. young people from across the world will spend 2 to 4 weeks together as volunteers; form a group which will work and live together for the duration of the work camp.
