Train Jakarta-Bandung

Hi guys :) I have a question regarding train from Jakarta to Bandung. Is it possible to get tickets directly at the train station on the same day I want to travel, or should I rather book/buy in advance online? If so, where can I book them (and is it possible without an Indonesian payment card)? Thank you in advance and have a lovely day! Anna

Hi Anna, it's always a good idea to book the ticket in advance. you can go to tiket.com or traveloka and later you can choose the option to pay the ticket at the merchant such as Indomaret.

Hi Anna, either using traveloka.com or kai.com it is recommended not to buy at station, because it may caused you confuse for direction & more secure already had ticket before going to train station :) Good luck

You can buy the ticket at tiket.com or traveloka, and for payment you can using Credit Card.

You can simply book the ticket thru www.traveloka.com search for Gambir (GB) Station to Bandung (BD) Station
Trip duration approx 3,5 hours you can pay with any Credit Card Master Card or Visa

and not to forget to spare 45 minutes before departure, as you need to check in your booked ticket before jump to the train.

It is rather impossible to get tickets directly at the train station these days. Book online in advance, try at least 1 week prior departure if you can. My personal favorite ticket booking platform is Traveloka. Yes it does accept international credit cards. It doesn't hurt to download the app. It's very helpful.

Hi Anna, I think these days you cant buy the tickets directly at a train station, you have to buy it on a convenient store like indomaret or you can buy online. Better you buy the ticket online at www.traveloka.com, I think you can pay with international credit cards.
