Recently relocated to Charleston; need to find housing for more than a few weeks.

I am an active Couchsurfing member in Cartagena, Colombia, new to Charleston, and need to find a place to stay longer than a few weeks. Anyone renting a room, have space to share or suggestions? I'm currently on James Island. Thanks!

we are on james island too. how long do you plan on staying here? my wife is a real estate agent if you are looking for something permanent. aside from that, i get a lot of "rooms for rent" posts on a facebook site i am part of.
