To go from Rotterdam to Lisse??

Hi! I'm planing a trip to Neetherlands with a friend. We want to go from Rotterdam to Lisse (to visit Keukenhof) early in the morning. How do you think thats the best way to arribe? Bus? Train? Some indications please? Thank you so much =)

you should check 9292.nl if you want to plan any public transport journeys in NL. From rotterdam it's best that you take a train to Schiphol or Leiden and from there you can take a bus to the Keukenhof. The buses are very crowded. Maybe you can rent a bike from Leiden and do a quick tour around the fields too.

some trains stop near Keukenhof at station Hillegom, from there it's about one hour walk through the tulip fields
