I ve studied a lot about Vienna.

Especially the traffic planing in Vienna and whole Austria is better than in most other places on the world.

I d like to start a bike and ride Project in Dar es Salaam, my second place of residence, whom knows somebody in Vienna who would like to help me to write a project introduction? Using Vienna as positive example how (good) it works
