This hands-on, two-day masterclass teaches students how to create traditional Lady Locks, also known as cream horns or clothespin cookies, entirely from scratch. Participants will learn to make their own all-butter dough, laminate it, and prepare a homemade cream filling before assembling and baking their own individual desserts.
