Exploring Silence - Silent walk on the beach

Let's explore silence together with a meditative, silent walk along the peaceful beach on the dijk between Lelystad and Enkhuizen. This stretch of sandy shore offers tranquility and solitude, making it the perfect place to tune into our inner voices. What: This walk is a way to see what happens when you focus on your inner silence instead of the outer noise. We'll begin with a brief introduction and set our intention for the walk. We will walk for about 45 minutes to an hour and then take a break. I’ll provide some (vegan) snacks, but it would be wonderful if you could bring something to share for a potluck-style break. During this break, you’re welcome to share any insights or feelings that have emerged from the silence. After the break, we’ll continue our walk back in silence, allowing the experience to deepen. Where: The meeting point is a parking in the middle of the Markerwaarddijk, easily reachable by car (or bike if you're feeling extra sporty) and with plenty of parking space. Practicalities: - Although we will walk at a relaxed pace and take a break, it can still be a bit of a distance. Make sure you're up for a long-ish walk. - Since the weather is getting a bit harsher, the event will be canceled if it's raining. - (The spoken part of) the event will be in English unless the whole group is Dutch.
