What’s new? We have a science tour on offer (you know: physics stuff like protons, accelerators etc.), a bicycle tour, an apple tasting… Here we go: Thursday, 25 July 2019 8 pm: Pre-drinks at Kosmos First possiblity to register and meet other participants of the Invasion. Friday, 26 July 2019 2 pm: Bicycle tour 🚲 EUR 12 for those participants who don’t have an own bike – bring your own bike and the tour is for free 2 pm: Guided tour through DESY - one of the world's leading accelerator centres 🔁 Free of charge 6 pm: Welcome evening and registration at “Hafenbahnhof” 💿 EUR 3 for the buffet – with the Invasion wristband you are in for free This year we found the perfect location close to the river Elbe where we have an inside and an outside area. There will be DJs playing from 9 pm onwards. Because there are no possibilities around to get food we will provide some sort of buffet 🍞 with vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. If you have special dietary needs please provide yourself with food before coming to Hafenbahnhof. If you want to bring friends who haven’t signed in yet online, they can still do so directly at Hafenbahnhof. Saturday, 27 July 2019 11 am: Traditional canoeing and paddle boat tour EUR 15 - spot is only save if paid at registratrion 2 pm to 4 pm: Hang out at 🌳 Schanzenpark Free of charge 4.15 pm: Classical touristic spots walking tour Free of charge Time not yet fixed: Guided tour through St. Pauli/Sternschanze Free of charge 10 pm: Main party in “Unterm Strich”, a club which is located directly on the famous Reeperbahn in the basement of “Moondoo” DJ Max 🎧 celebrates you with dirty all-time-favourites from Gallagher to Britney EUR 8 – with the Invasion wristband you are in for free and you get two drink vouchers For those who can still stand: fish market 🐠 after the party in the early morning hours Free of charge Sunday, 28 July 2019 Noon: Maritime tour ⚓️ Costs: price of the ticket for the public transport 2 pm until late evening: Barbeque 🥒 at lake Alster EUR 5 – with the Invasion wristband you get it for free OPTIONAL: 7.30 pm: leave barbeque for water & light concert in Planten & Blomen Free of charge Monday, 29 July 2019 09.30 am: “After Hamburg Invasion comes Hamburg Escape” We started this tradition last year and want to continue with it also this year: For the people who are still here and need to cool down from all the excitement and need some rest we have a special treat on offer: We will bring you to the Baltic Sea, more precisely to “Scharbeutz” to chill and have fun at the beach with a stopover in Lübeck. We will meet in front of the DB Reisecentrum/travel center in the central station building. Depending on the number of participants the fee will be between EUR 12 and EUR 15. This fee has to be paid on site and includes the train ticket and the tourist tax in Scharbeutz. 8 pm: After drinks at Kosmos This is the very final meet up to say goodbye to everyone, exchange addresses and phone numbers with the new friends you made – have a last drink (or some more)🍻 and dream of Hamburg Invasion 2020.
