Let's experience the forefront of Japan together. In this exceptionally hot sauna, where temperatures can reach about 110 degrees, and we stay about 5-10 minutes. And after that, we can go cold bath. It is about 10-15 degrees. After that, we can rest at chair. and you will feel deep relax. It called “totonou” When you go from a hot room to cold water, your blood vessels constrict suddenly. This causes your brain to receive a lot of oxygen, which can lead to a feeling of ecstasy. This is very popular among Japanese men right now, and it is very trending. It's truly enchanting and happens to be a personal favorite of mine, which is why I'd love to share this experience with Couchsurfers from all around the world.
