The Riverfest Arts & Crafts Festival is the Service League of Cherokee County's flagship fundraising event, held annually at Etowah River Park to support local children in need. The two-day festival features over 150 arts and crafts exhibitors, a variety of local food vendors, live entertainment, and a dedicated children's area with games and activities.
