It’s a space to enjoy great conversations, drinks, and connections that often turn into lasting friendships. The Venue The Last Jar is a traditional Irish bar conveniently located on the edge of the CBD. We’ve got the upstairs beer garden all to ourselves—a spacious, relaxed spot perfect for socializing. If the temperature drops, we’ll move downstairs to keep warm and cozy. Happy hour runs 4-7 pm, with a Tuesday meal special posted at the bar. The bar is easily accessible via tram routes 19, 57, or 59, followed by a short walk. Who are we? We’re a diverse group of people from all walks of life—different origins, cultures, interests, and stories—brought together through Melbourne’s Couchsurfing community.
