Hi there! :) My name is Saimir, and I'm from Saranda. I graduated in Law, but I currently work in tourism as a property manager. Before that, I was a local coordinator for European volunteers (EVS) with an NGO in Tirana. I'm told I'm social and quite open-minded, though if they've misled me, then I might be misleading you too! :D I began traveling abroad at the start of 2011, and it's been so amazing that I don't want to stop. I enjoy playing football, swimming, and walking. I've never smoked a cigarette in my life. I love parties but have a complicated relationship with alcohol - while I don't like it, it seems to like me, so I can't always refuse! I'm fascinated by history and politics and eager to learn more by meeting people from diverse cultures.
Hiking, camping, anything that has to do with enjoying the outdoors. But enough about me ;) Below is a copy/paste that I send to people visiting Corfu, hopefully it'll give you ideas about which places to visit. Just Google the names. So... The best beaches of the Island are all in the west side: Paleocastritsa, Liapades, Myrtiotyssa, Glyfada, Agios Gordis. To the south : Aghios Georgios, Megas Choros, Issos and the Halicunas Lagoon are the best places, really amazing scenery. Up north the best are Porto Timoni, Canal d'amour, Aghios Georghios pagon and Arilas. If you're into hiking and exploring, the peak of Pantocrator mountain range (highest in the island) has some really nice trails leading to an ancient monastery with lovely artwork and 360* views of all the island, the route is very picturesqe and definitely worth it. When in Corfu city you should check out Mon repos palace, it's a small park with tall trees, the palace, ancient ruins and a wonderful beach with crystal clear waters. Around Corfu there are couple of islands, the 3 to the north -Othoni, Erikousa, Mathraki - are non touristic and steeped in nature. Also opposite of the port of Corfu town, is a small island called -Vido- a hidden gem. And finally to the south, VIP Paxos and Antipaxos which are frequented by the ultra rich and socialites. Public transport leaves alot to be desired so the island is best explored by car or motorcycle. I think this should cover the basics :) Enjoy Corfu! ABOUT ME Chiselling away in Corfu. Hi! I’ll be in Saranda on August 12–13. I’m open to making plans with anyone who wants to explore and tour the area with me.

Hi there, I am Batuhan a 27-year-old person from Turkey who loves traveling. I have just recently completed my degree at university (Design and Animation). However, this year I want to gain new experiences, meet many people and learn lots of things while traveling and working in different jobs. I think a qualified gap year between college and master degree/ work life is very beneficial for people to recognize themselves and gain more confidence. l am an open-minded and responsible person who always open to new ideas and learning new things. Also, It is important for me to contribute to the work I do. Therefore, I think that I do not have so much difficulty in adapting to work and I will try to do my best. Of course, I can’t tell that I am good at everything, but I can clearly say that I am really open and willing to learn. I enjoy traveling alone with my motorcycle, see new places and meet new people. I am very curious about different cultures and lifestyles. Therefore, I want to live for a while and learn its culture and lifestyle instead of seeing only touristic places. I also love reading, writing, cooking, taking photos and animal care. I am not a hard person and I try to enjoy all the little things and experiences.
UPD: Staying in Saranda until June 2025. Upd: summer 2019 - cycling from Ukraine to Portugal! I'm on my journey Copenhagen-Nordkapp-Helsinki! Unable to host until the end of summer!!! My profile is more active on Warmshowers (if you are a cyclist, try it - it's like Couchsurfing). https://www.warmshowers.org/user/164284 Hello, world! I"m interested in travelling, meeting local people from different countries. I support ideas of humanism, grassroots democracy, freethinking and global solidarity. I also have a facebook profile http://www.facebook.com/boga4 Open-minded, xenophile, hedonistic person. Last summer I made a cross-European bicycle trip from Uzhgorod (Ukraine) to Amsterdam (Netherlands). It's a part of a round-the-world bicycle journey - I prefer this transport because it's unexpensive, healthy and nature-friendly. This year I plan to cycle across Scandinavian countries. From Copenhagen I'll cycle to North Cape and from North Cape to Helsinki. I'm not comfort-depended - can eat any food and sleep on the floor using sleeping pad. I don't smoke tobacco, but can drink some beer while we'll have a pleasant talk about everything e.g meaning of life, travelling and so on. I play augmented reality game "Ingress" - maybe you also tried it?) PHILOSOPHY love all, serve all, help ever, hurt never
