I first signed up to Couch Surfing in 2009 when I moved from Melbourne Australia to Krakow Poland. A lot of my lasting friendships from Krakow stemmed from those people who I originally met on CS. Over the years I've hosted people in both Poland when i was living there and also in my flat in Australia. Music: My Spotify weekly playlist has basically resulted in me having a very diverse taste in music without knowing the names of any of the artists. I'm just going to add a jumble of bands I can recall from things I've listened to in recent years. War on Drugs, Lindstron, M83, Sebastian Tellier, Chromatics, Queens of the Stone Age, Kurt Vile, Metronomy, Spritualized, Animal Collective, Sonic Youth, Nirvana, ACDC, BRMC, Shearwater,.. I could go on forever. Movies/TV: I don't watch any programmed TV these days including the news. I watch a bit of Netflix and stuff on Youtube. Some random films i kind of liked: Wolf of Wall St, Arrival, First they killed my father, The pianist, Nightcrawler Books: I'm not a huge fan of fiction, I prefer to read books about business, biographies, world politics.
