CURRENT MISSION To visit (at least) four new countries a year! ABOUT ME 'Dynamic' seems to be the most apt word to describe me. I’m a creative, self-motivated and very enthusiastic. I’m extremely driven and somewhat of an opportunist. In fact, I’ll try anything once… as long as it’s safe and legal! I have this fairly idyllic dream of speaking six languages, travelling the world, experiencing a plethora of cultures, and eating as many interesting things that I find along the way. The languages are slowly getting there, and the serious travelling has now begun. I spent a few months last year au pairing in Italy (and Spain); a land where the culture is so different to that of home. And it was beautiful! Officially, the travel bug bit, and I’ve now made a concerted effort to travel as often as what is possible. Up until June 2013, I lived in Argentina - a dream that has finally become reality! I worked and lived on an estancia & polo club... a far cry from the bustling city life I'm accustomed to! For now, I'm back in Johannesburg, exploring the concrete jungle one restaurant/craft beer house/park/festival at a time. PHILOSOPHY You learn something new every day.
