HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I have gone to CS meetings while traveling and have surfed a few couches. I have met some great people through CS events and love spreading the word about CS to people I hope that can help grow the community. CS has never failed to remind me of the kindness of strangers and a universal pleasure that many get from traveling and meeting new people. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Was introduced to CS while studying abroad in Rome and have definitely made some great friendships through it. Since then I have surfed Pisa, Greece, and Paris and then some in the USA. First meetup with a random couchsurfer back in the states resulted in a great cliff diving day trip!

Watching Moroccans prepare leather in the traditional tanneries from the top of a shop in Fez Slept on the beach in Miami to wake up to my first sunrise on the east coast. Trekked over the only advancing glacier in the world, Perito Moreno Glacier!
