I lived in Berlin when I was 15 (right when the war in Iraq was starting) and got to experience the passion of the people for peace at huge demonstrations. I shall never forget the power of those moments. Seeing and hearing The Wailers perform on Vancouver Island and listening to all the people singing Bob Marleys songs was truly heart warming

I enjoy being outdoors, gardening,permaculture, hiking, swimming, meditation. I am very interested in sustainable living, and try my best to live my life that way. I have done some natural building projects and my partner and i are hoping to build a straw bale house soon. i also enjoy reading, and running around the forest with my dogs.
