My friends say I'm super enthusiastic about pretty much everything, I am the queen of fun facts and I am generally easy to be around. I tend to get on well with pretty much anyone but I enjoy quirky things about people. In 2019, I have decided to do very absurd things. So far, I have cycled 65KM to Meaux to eat Brie (because it was originally made there), I went to watch an adventure movie with a random person that randomly added me on Facebook and we're throwing a fake wedding with my best friend on valentines' day. I would love to meet you anyway, plus on est de fous, plus on rie ! (N.B. I also think I deserve an award because I didn't write "I love travelling" and "other cultures". )

Perché sono su Couchsurfing
It's been a while but originally I went onto Couchsurfing to meet people while I was helping a dear friend moving to Copenhagen years ago. I hitchhiked from Paris to Copenhagen, stayed at Mario's place in Germany then met Taryn in Copenhagen. I was going to stay a day but we ended up spending a week together. I did help my friend move! And it was also one of the best summers of my life so I want to keep the dynamic going.

Movies : I am a sucker for anything by Taika Waititi, Hitchcock, Bladerunner, most of Guy Ritchie's films but mainly Snatch, Stand by me, the lobster, Miyazaki, the old Pixar stuff, Wes Anderson... Books: Do androids dream of electric sheep by Philip K.Dick, The noise of time by Julian Barnes, Americanah by Chimanda Ngozi Adichie, My Absolute darling by Gabriel Tallent, Silent in the age of noise by the incredible norwegian explorer Erling Kagge, Power by Naomi Alderman, The Confederacy of dunces, The diaries of Alexandra David Néél, 1984 by Orwell.... Una cosa straordinaria che ho fatto
Cycled the east coast of Taiwan while extremely unfit with my best friend. We realised that pineapple grew from the ground (breaking news !), that monkeys do chase you in the mountains and that sometimes it's better to warm up before committing to doing 170KM in 3 days!
