Mainly to host and meet new people, and in the future travel to exciting places on the cheap. Expanding horizons and all that.
Musica, film e libri
MUSIC I'm really into electronic music right now - Flume, James Blake, Elliot Moss and such. MOVIES Tarantino is great - Django Unchained and of course Pulp Fiction. I'm also a Star Wars geek. BOOKS I'm a borderline bibliophile, but I'll keep this concise: East of Eden, A Song of Ice and Fire (the TV show is pretty great too), and a ton of different SciFi stories. I'm slowly making my way through Godel, Escher, Bach: An Eternal Golden Braid right now, and it's mind-blowing.

I'll talk all night about artificial intelligence and machine learning if you're into it. I like most physical activities, so if you do yoga or lift or something I've never tried before, I'd love to learn! I'm learning to meditate, but not very good at it yet.
