CURRENT MISSION To get our hands deep into the earth and soil the rest of creation ABOUT ME We're a pair of wild childs hailing from the Northeast, (Jacqi from Boston, Zach near Philadelphia), who have gone on a series of our own respective journeys. Jacqi has lived/studied/worked in Belize, Brazil, Guatemala, and Alaska, and Zach has traveled around the states to rock/ice climb, hanglide, and play with pottery. We love baking bread and bluegrass, sing-a-longs, boot dancing, and generally learning from everything that we can. Mostly, we love our fellow human beans and animals too. PHILOSOPHY I am because you are.

Perché sono su Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Once we have a couch, we'll be supporting the gypsies of the world. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE While an intern for the nonprofit organization Rising Minds/Los Patojos in Jocotenango, Guatemala, Jacqi housed several travelers who found her and her roommates apartment on couchsurfers, and she also housed a bunch of traveling fools who wanted free avacados and a place to stay. -I and my boyfriend are trekking across North America to Girdwood, AK from North Carolina and need some places to stay. We promise to: bake you bread, sing lots of lullabies, be clean, and help you in any way possible. Human beings are social creatures who crave love and learning. Somewhere along the way, we've forgotten how to do those things.
Musica, film e libri
oh god, the list is never ending. we will get to this. but House of Leaves, hands down most incredible book in the world.
Una cosa straordinaria che ho fatto
Jacqi: Part of a Ke'kchi Maya ceremony in Belize meant to right the wrong done to indigenous people across the world and provide Westerners with the gift of foresight.
