CURRENT MISSION Traveling throughout Europe to immerse myself in the vegan food, culture, and communities -- documenting these items for 'VeganTravel' (I am one of their sponsored travelers) and for my personal blog: Will Travel for Vegan Food. ABOUT ME Full time nomad. Minimalist. Introvert with extroverted tendencies. My greatest passions are vegan food, globe trotting, and dancing (salsa and swing are my favorites). In 2011 I quit my desk job, sold or donated almost everything I owned, and moved into a renovated van in an effort to eat at every vegan restaurant in the US. Mission accomplished 2 years later! HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING Even though I've had an account for a while—as I anticipated using it frequently during my initial travels—I've only used it one time and that was to find a place to take a shower, in Philadelphia at the outset of my van-dwelling journey. I'm looking forward to using it a LOT more now that I'll be country hopping!
