Hello buddies! I guess just a few words here can't describe anything fairly, so as a wide approach of who I am: I am a Spanish biologist, grown up in the outskirts of Barcelona. Nature lover, full-time reader and basketball player. Since I can remember I ever wanted to travel, you know, not to see a lot of things, but to see the same things with different eyes! (as it is said somewhere) I fancy the idea of getting to know as much people as possible and to get in touch with every single culture in this world. So when I finished my degree, I just made my bag and went to see the world during a gap year before I would enrol in a Master's programme. First of all I did an interrail across Europe with 3 friends. Afterwards, I went on into a 3-month trip with my girlfriend, backpacking and hitchhiking across southeast Asia (Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia). That was the first time I came across couchsurfing, and I have been enjoying it since then. Lot of good memories to keep in mind!! I'm really interested in learning about permaculture techniques and sustainable agriculture. I think I am easy-going, talkative and open-minded. I never miss a chance to learn something new! I like philosophy and good conversation. Nowadays I'm working with a nonprofit organisation to provide with educational material schools that can't afford it, mainly in the island of Sulawesi, Indonesia. Besides, I like adventure sports like climbing, trekking and snorkelling (never had a chance to scuba dive, but I would like to try it!). Currently, I am enrolled in a MSc programme in the Netherlands for 2 years, and I hope I will enjoy every single minute. I think there's nothing left for me to say as a presentation, just willing to meet you friend!! :)
