I'm hoping to meet new people that share the same interests as myself!

One recent thing I've done was climb Half Dome with a swollen bee stung arm. I had been camping in the Sierras for a week and got a permit to hike Half Dome. Less than two days before the hike I discovered I was allergic to bees. My gear and I was mentally prepared and there was no way I was backing out. To add onto my uneasiness I planned on hiking it alone. However, at 4 o clock in the morning when I started hiking out on my adventure in the dark, I ran into a group of people and tagged along with them. It turned out to be one of my most memorable days of the year because I fought through bothersome swollen arm, I had a surreal experience on top of Half Dome, and I made new friends!
