I am from Louisiana (the "French" part of America), so I confirm or deny all the stereotypes you may have acquired concerning the American South. For instance, I was indoctrinated into the fine art of squirrel hunting at the tender young age of 7. Yes, we eat them, and yes, it takes quite a few to make a stew. I can show you how to cook Cajun-style pork chops and gravy, or squash cake, a tacky (but delicious) southern desert. And making me even more comically American: I have my banjo with me and play american old style music very, very poorly. I will only play if you beg and I'm in the mood to feel humiliated. I own Purple Rain on Amazon Prime, so you can watch it (duration of my stay in hours /1.5) times.
