how I participete in couchsurfing: I host, I discover, I attend meetings with travelers(and sometimes I help to organize them), I always help travelers with useful and necessary information for their better stay in the desert and I spread the word!!

Well, I was a scout for many years and all those years left me a strong knowledge on survival and on how to just manage with whatever you have available to do something useful out of it. I might be able to teach a few tips & tricks, or knots. And then.... well, I am a tour guide and I have traveled myself a lot, I can always give you tips or tell you what you're looking at, or some history
