the day of my graduation ceremony, 4 hours after I took a plane to Honolulu and I discovered during the flight in the guide book Hawai. It was winter in France 0°C, I left Paris with a coat and when I arrived in Honolulu, the temperature was 35°C. So, I had to buy quickly summer clothes in particular Hawaian shirts ! it was totally improvised, I travelled through youth hostels and meet many single foreigners. We rent a car and went on the trip all together. It was great, 4 nationalities in the car : French, Canadian, Korean and Maleysan. We could communicate and share in english!

I can teach some typical french meals, how to fix a house, electric things, repair furnitures, plumbery. I can teach dancing rockn'roll, Argentine Tango. I can speak about my country, our way of life, our customs, our hobbies ! I would like to learn how to repair oriental rugs.

What I can do for visitors in my area is to give them a little of my time and be their guide for a while, show them the best things to see, appreciate local food in typical restaurant, see uncommon things you can't see in a tourism tour ! Make them laugh, have a drink in a bar in front of the sea... share my joy of life, I hope do the same in the country I'll visit!
