A California native who recently returned from 3 years of international solo travel across Europe, Asia, and Australia. I hold a bachelor's degree in Communications and a Hatha Yoga Teacher Training cert from Rishikesh, India - though these things do not define me. I am concerned with making this world a better place through spirituality, holistic wellness, and connection to mother earth and one another. Health is a top priority in my life which is why I try my best to limit my screen time use, spend time barefoot in nature, drink and bathe in toxin-free clean water, consume mainly organic foods, speak to myself and others from a place of love and compassion, limit alcohol and drug intake, and learn as much as I can about the human body and where we're going as a world population. My life is one of ease Lover of all things wild, including yoga, meditation and mindfulness, camping, the ocean, surfing, music, conscious living, sustainability, eco-consumerism, vegetarianism, and exploring the far corners of the world.
