Hey, I’m Akıncı. I was born in 1989 and I’m a long-term traveler. I don’t really have a fixed base at the moment – I’m usually somewhere between Thailand and other parts of Asia, and right now I’m exploring South Korea. I run my own business in digital marketing and SEO, which allows me to work remotely and stay flexible. Most of my days are a mix of walking around new neighborhoods, trying local food, going to the gym, and spending too much time thinking about new ideas and projects. Personality-wise, I’m: - curious - funny (at least that’s what my friends say) - extroverted but a bit shy at the very beginning - spontaneous and a bit ADHD-style in my energy and attention I really enjoy deep conversations about life, psychology, personal growth and entrepreneurship, but I’m also totally fine with light, silly, everyday talk. One practical note: when I’m extremely tired or a bit drunk, I sometimes snore. I always try to be honest about it in advance and find a sleeping arrangement that’s comfortable for everyone. I usually adapt to the situation, I’m not very sensitive to noise and I don’t need any “perfect silence” to sleep.

Perché sono su Couchsurfing
I’m on Couchsurfing to meet local people, understand the real culture and share time together – not just to get a free place to sleep. I love walking, eating, talking and discovering a city through the eyes of someone who lives there.
