No specific genre i listen read and watch what i like but for music, mostly calm, chill music. for books i like to read books about unknown things like the cosmos, love, quantum mechanics, sophisticated theories. i also like poetry and life philosophy like Gibran khalil's book, The Prophet and the Tao Te Ching by Tao Tzu, these two books I'll keep reading them until my last breath, you can finish them (both) in an afternoon, but you need many life times to understand them. I also i read novels from time to time. to name a few movies : interstellar green book the secret life of walter mitty el laberinto del fauno inception the great Gatsby .....
