My dear friend John from Melbourne asked me: José, why are you hosting couchsurfers? What's in for you? I replied: You see, you cannot travel all year round, so the next best thing is to host travellers from all around the world. You bring the travel to you.

Favourite movies: Amélie, Prestige, Life of Pi, Batman Begins, Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, etc TV: Parks and Rec, Friends, Arrested Development, Community, GoT, True Detective, Breaking Bad, etc. Music made by black people. (Quote from the movie "beginners": Black music is the deepest because they suffered the most – them and the Jews.)
Una cosa straordinaria che ho fatto
I saved a big turtle on the road in Sardinia. Flying over the Grand Canyon. The Cherry Blossoms in Japan. Spent 3 months in Japan to learn japanese.
I miei interessi
I do a lot of sports (running, Volley, fitness) and keep a healthy lifestyle. I am very interested in Japanese culture. When nothing else to do I like to watch US TV series and good films. Occasionally I play videogames.
