I'm a really chilled, outgoing girl whose looking for a good time while appreciating all that life has to offer. I love meeting new people from around the world. I think that making connections and long lasting friendships is an important way to live your life. I absolutely love everything about travel, the ups and downs are all part of what makes us grow as human beings. I am not a fussy traveler, I really can fit in anywhere! I've traveled alot for the last 5 years but now I'm settled back in South Africa & am busy with my degree at the University of Cape Town! Happy to be hosting, every now and again when I have time! My motivation in life is travel. This is what truly brings me happiness, with that being said I want to see what the world has to offer and immerse myself into as many cultures as possible. What a better way to do that then being invited into a strangers home with open arms on Couchsurfing! I would prefer to be living life around the world which is why I prefer to travel on a short budget in order to make this dream last for as long as possible.

Probably the most difficult question asking to place a limit on these topics but here is a summary! Music: Jack Johnson, Desmond and the tutus, RKS, Milky chance, Peach pit, Tamino, Rodriguez, Dire Straits, Bob Dylan, Videoclub. The list continues, I am open to almost anything. Movies: Parasite, Perks of being a wallflower, The sixth sense, Little women, Fightclub, American beauty, Before sunrise, Forest Gump, Ratatouille. A star is born, Life is beautiful, Hereditary, Midsommar. Books: Pride and Prejudice, Americanah, The Alchemist, Salmon fishing in the Yemen, To kill a mockingbird, Sapiens, Half of a yellow sun, Chocolat.

I have completed my TEFL (Teaching English as a foreign language) Level 5 course and my Stewardess and STCW courses in order to work on the super-yachts. I have worked as a waitress and front of house hostess at a few establishments. I have completed a Diploma course in Yoga, and try to incorporate yoga into my daily routine. Travel timeline: I have lived and worked as an Au pair for three kids in Paris for six months. I then traveled through Ireland for three months, working on farms and exploring the country. After that I returned to France and traveled around Europe for three months. I went to work at a carnival in Maryland, America. After that I traveled South America, starting in Panama and ending in Brazil, seeing Peru, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay for 6 months. For the time being I am back in South Africa planning my next trip to South East Asia in October 2024 :)
