Hi, I'm Kiana! I paint, sing, and play guitar. I also teach and practice yoga. I don't drink but I won't say no to a night on the town! But I'm no longer in my 20s so reasonable bedtimes are still largely appreciated :) I love meeting people, spending time outside (especially by bodies of water), and anything arts related like listening to live music or visiting local markets. I'll treat your home with the same respect I would my own. If I'm traveling your way it's to relax, explore a new environment, and to hopefully walk away with new friends!

The first reason is to meet locals - Like I mentioned in my "About Me" I love to meet people and building community is a priority for me on this trip. I prefer to do as the locals do rather than spend the entirety of my days sightseeing. The second reason is that I'm Eurotripping on a budget - Hostel prices are not what they used to be so I'm looking to save money where I can.
Musica, film e libri
Music: I have eclectic taste for sure. I love anything that has good rhythm and that I can dance to. Top artists on rotation for me as of late are Bill Withers, Kid Cudi, Angèle, *NSYNC (fun fact I was in their top 0.5% of listeners in 2022 don't judge me), Lauryn Hill, Fleetwood Mac, Daft Punk, anything 90s and 00s R&B, and Enya (she has the voice of an angel). Movies: There's too many to pick from, but I love cartoons (think Pixar), comedies, and thrillers. Also superhero movies although lately Marvel has really gone down hill. Books: I've mostly read books relating to inner work like The Body Keeps the Score, The Artist's Way, etc but I just started reading Wild by Cheryl Strayed which I'm thoroughly enjoying. If you have book recs please send them my way!

I taught myself how to paint, play guitar, and sing. And I've dedicated myself to a life of creativity! Which is a big deal when you're a child of immigrants :D

I can teach you yoga or some guitar basics! I like learning in general so if there's something you're good at I'll probably be interested. My focuses right now are skateboarding, surfing, bouldering/climbing, and music production. And I would love to share music, a meal, stories, or create art together
