I am a doctor living and working in rural New Zealand, training to become a specialist in critical care. My additional interests include simulation education and bioethics. I am particularly keen on free diving, scuba diving and motorcycle touring. I'm hoping to learn about other cultures and experience things you don't read about in tourism books. After spending much too long trapped in New Zealand, I decided that I needed to expand my experience of life with people who are open to sharing. I was recommended couch surfing, and so here I am.
