I’m a strange mix of technical and creative energy—honestly, sometimes even I’m confused about it. By day, I’m an engineer buried in numbers and problem-solving. By… well, also day, I’m a photographer who somehow ends up convincing people to let me take portraits of them. And in between all of that, I somehow still manage to squeeze in travel ✈️. I’ve made it to 15 countries so far, and for reasons I can’t fully explain (or financially justify), I’m aiming for 100 countries 🌏 in the next few years. Each trip leaves me with new stories, cultures, landscapes, and food, plus at least one moment where I wonder how I got myself into that situation. I work as a traffic engineer, so yes, I’m that person who can’t stop noticing bad intersections while on vacation. My brain will absolutely switch into “fix this road” mode at random. But when the place is beautiful enough, the engineer shuts off and the photographer takes over. 📷 I’ve been doing portrait photography for a while, so feel free to peek at my Insta @waitomophoto if you’re curious (or want to judge). Oh, and I can cook! So if you ever need someone in the kitchen who pretends to know what they’re doing while quietly worrying about oversalting the dish—I’m your guy. 😁

Perché sono su Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is a wonderful platform for meeting fellow travelers. Every traveler has at least one great story—usually many more—and I genuinely enjoy hearing about the journeys that shaped them. Through Couchsurfing, I hope to connect with people from different backgrounds, listen to their stories, and learn from their experiences.
Musica, film e libri
I mostly listen to pop and country music—please don’t judge me for my taste 😂 There are plenty of movies I enjoy, and I can’t list them all, but my all-time favorite has to be The Shawshank Redemption. I’m not much of a reader, so go easy on me for that lol.
Una cosa straordinaria che ho fatto
1. Hiking to Machu Picchu 2. Visiting five different countries in just two weeks 3. Seeing Mount Fuji from an airplane window while traveling to Japan
Insegna, Impara, Condividi
I can teach you some photography and a bit of cooking too. Since I’m originally from India, I’d be happy to share my experiences and introduce you to Indian culture. I also love learning about the traditions, cultures, and stories that different countries have to offer.
Cosa posso offrire agli host
I can share my culture and personal experiences, and maybe even cook some delicious food for you.
I miei interessi
I’m passionate about traveling, trying new foods, watching good movies, capturing moments through photography, and experimenting in the kitchen.
