Musica, film e libri
I love trip hop music, especially Sigur Ros, Portishead, Massive Attack ,Tricky. One of my favourite singer is Bjork, and also Radiohead. And then Depeche Mode, Bonobo, The Smiths and my love Morrissey, The Cure and many more... I have a personal way to listen music that i named 'sound immersion'. Face by face i'll explain to everybody interested this concept :)

To leave for a week but then travel for 3 months accross Atlantic Ocean islands.

I'm a running and wellnes coach leading groups in outdoor sports sessions. My project names Fit4Fun. You can find about it on FB: https://www.facebook.com/Fit4FunPro/?fref=ts Music - I'm a vinyl records collector -, Sport ( i'm a soccer and tennis table player). Reading, wildness nature and expecially waterfalls. I'm very interested about typical spices from Middle East and I usually use them in my experimental kitchen. Wine, italian wine but above all tasting wine from every part of the world. According to me this is a way to discover the typical secrets and flavours of the area. Everything that makes me feel fine, alive, complete or that gives me a sensations of freedom.
