I'm practicing living from my heart and intuition and engage in things that move me. I feel the most connected when I'm in nature, writing or playing music, connecting with my body and dancing. I'm on a journey to fulfil my dreams and opening to what life has to offer to me from a more surrendered and curious place. What makes me happy is travelling, finding joy in the everyday life, serving and celebrating a community of like-minded people and learning practices that bring me closer to my truest nature. I'm inspired by compassionate and mindful communication, radical self-responsibility as well as a life style that is sustainable for all beings on the planet.
