This May, the Brady-Johnson Program for Grand Strategy at Yale University will be funding me to conduct research on the European Stability Mechanism. I hope to evaluate its efficacy as a tool the EU has employed to help preserve the euro and create a stronger future for the Eurozone. I will be conducting a series of interviews with key financial executives and politicians around Europe to determine how effective the ESM has been in its mission and what political and financial obstacles it will have to overcome in the future.
