I think that we use Couchsurfing because of our common interest-------- To travel as much country as we can and immerse ourself in the different cultures each country has to offer. Couchsurfing reconnects and builds camaraderie among fellow travellers and backpackers. I believe that each and every person has a story to tell and share.
