I love meeting people from everywhere in the world, both locals and fellow travelers, learn about their cultures, what makes them tick, and, with any luck, have a taste of their favorite foods as well.
Musica, film e libri
Too many to list... I love rock and metal, but also enjoy classical and electronic music. After Covid I reincorporated music making into my life and have been producing new tracks and posting them to Spotify, although these days it takes a long time to write new songs. When it comes to movies, I prefer action and comedies over drama. Pretty much like like in life in general. When it comes to books, I gravitate towards titles that will teach me something and/or spark my imagination.
Una cosa straordinaria che ho fatto
- I have reinvented myself 3 times, in three different continents, and at different life stages. - Performed with my old band in front of about 5 thousand people We were opening for a big band, so they weren’t there for us, but still! - Hiked 67km in one day. Working up towards hitting 100. - Participated in Ayahuasca and San Pedro ceremonies that have been extremely insightful.

We all teach and learn at the same time from the conversations and experiences we share together. Before becoming a coach, I held technology, marketing, and sales leadership roles and both startups and established companies, so I'm always happy to share that knowledge.
