Hi, we are a friendly couple from Liverpool, England and we have spent the past six months travelling through India and South East Asia. We first got bit by the travel bug after a European trip in 2012 which then led onto our first three month adventure to Asia in 2014. Our travel style has always been to avoid the stereotypical tourist scene as not only does it cost you more money but it often doesn't provide a true reflection of what its like to live like a local (which is what we're all about). We are major foodies who love experiencing new cuisines whilst travelling as well as ticking off some of the great local beers! Similar to the late great Anthony Bourdain we recognise this as one of the best ways to truly experience local cultures and ways of life. It's always important for us on each trip to get involved with the locals to best learn how people within the community live. We love jumping head first into the unknown so that we can best learn about new cultures and to see where the adventure can take us. We are always up for meeting new people on the road, that we can share tips, stories and life lasting experiences with whist also making friends spanning the globe as we go.
