I attended a yoga teacher training course for two years whilst working a full time job as a care worker for people with mental health issues and managed to combine the two together. I used to love teaching yoga to small groups of people. I learned so much from those who attended and I'm so grateful for that experience.

I can share some juice, coffee, beer with you. I'm always up for learning new things in each moment. I can maybe teach you some of my fantastic dance moves.. we'll see.

I will share with you whatever I have, wherever I am! :)

I likkeeee.... music, art, dancing/prancing about, rolling around the floor for a stretch, eating really tasty food, hill walking, cycling, running and talking to other humans or animals.
