Hola 🌈 my name is Rose, and I revel in life’s ups and downs, tragedies, mysteries, and the like… I’m a ‘smell the roses’ kind of woman, I enjoy little things and living life slower (or at least trying to) which I have learned to do more while sailing and traveling Latin America. I enjoy exploring places and getting to know the heart of people; I’m a good listener. I’m studying to be an embodiment coach while traveling with my little sister Anne. I can tell you a lot of interesting things and do a little embodiment practice with you to show you what it is, if you’d like ;)

Musica, film e libri
In movies and books love fantasy and sci-fi a lot! I also love learning, I’m an eternal student, so I love diving into books about topics that I’m interested in at the moment, which is always changing. Right now it’s mostly: - Biology of Belief (This book is blowing my mind in all the right ways) - Children (learning, parenting, pregnancy & birth - I am a total nerd for this stuff!) - Philosophy, enjoying ‘A thousand names for joy’ right now… It is setting me straight! I listen to pretty much any music that fits my mood. I love singing—I miss singing in my car!—and dancing to music, and I love FEELING music. On this trip in Central America I’ve been collecting some awesome Spanish spoken songs 😍 I’m in love.
Una cosa straordinaria che ho fatto
When I was 16 I sailed across the Atlantic Ocean to the Caribbean (and back) with 30 other teenagers and crew. We were away from home (on our new home) for 6 months and it was a pretty crazy/awesome/inspiring/breath taking and just an amazing experience. I would do it again in the blink of an eye and the things that I learned and experienced are irreplacable and unforgettable. The people that were on that boat with me are my second family now.
