Current Mission Dance around the world About Me Having travelled for a number of years, I love sharing my house with people on their adventures. It's in a beautiful location with a lot of places/beaches/lakes/coast/mountains to explore. You'll be spoiled by the scenery and are welcome to join our morning swims during your stay. I'm currently taking a course in counselling, I'm a qualified yoga instructor with a passion for plant medicines and all forms of healing, music and movement. What I like to do: meet new people, listen to new music, learn, eat and train well and follow wherever the wind decides to take me. Namaste

Volunteered on a permaculture farm in the hills of Colombia for 6 weeks

Currently learning the dynamics of human movement through calisthenic exercise, yoga, meditation, dance and am always keen to share what knowledge and technique I have to date to develop my teaching abilities. My music library which usually has something to add to anyone's particular taste
