I host to give back all the kindness and graciousness that I have been lucky to receive from those that have hosted me. But please read carefully the additional information about My Home (in India) before making a request to stay. Mention that you have in your request. I surf to see a place through the eyes of the locals there and to make meaningful interactions. HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I host and surf with couch surfers through which I have had very valuable experiences. I have also converted some close friends into couch hosts/surfers. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE All the couch surfing experiences I have had so far have been great. I have met strangers that have come to become my close friends. And each one though different in their own way has enriched my life and reinstated in me the belief that the world is a wonderful place.

For movies I love art films and drama, the kind that would be nominated for an Oscar, as far as music and books go it would be anything and everything depending on the mood I am in.
