Music - Springsteen, U2, Rolling Stones, Willie Nelson, Johnny Cash, Neil Young, CSNY, and much more(mainly classic rock and some country) Movies - comedies-Austin Powers, Caddyshack, Stripes Dramas - Shawshank Redemption Authors - Pat Conroy and Malcolm Gladwell are some of my favorite. I really enjoy books regarding history and sports.

Teach- I really enjoy teaching/talking about health and fitness if people are interested. History as well, and I understand it is great to learn history from different aspects and cultures. Share - some amazing outdoor recreation sites, especially in the U.S., but other places in the world too. Learn - more beautiful places to visit, and how to make the most of my time in these places

Enjoy traveling, reading, cooking and music. I am interested in sports, fitness and outdoor recreation. I have done some fantastic exploits with some fantastic people including rafting the Grand Canyon for 28 days and climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro
