I am a Swiss-American who has lived in San Francisco and the Bay Area since age 5. Growing up in the 1970s, I experienced the tail end of the hippie era, which impacted my worldview. Though I may appear conservative, my heart and soul are positively rooted in the hippie movement. While I tend to be quiet, I enjoy engaging with people and discussing philosophical topics. I am an avid traveler, both within the United States and abroad. I have explored every state in the country and its capitals, and I make an annual trip to Switzerland and Germany to visit my family and friends. I am planning a three-week historical Route 66 trip from Chicago to Santa Monica to commemorate the 100th anniversary of "Main Street of America." I plan to stop at all the eccentric, quirky, and roadside kitsch Route 66 offers. I will eat in roadside diners and sleep in roadside motels (avoiding corporate America wherever possible). I'm a road-trip junkie and have driven across the USA several times. In my personal life, I strive to learn and embody many of Buddhism's principles. While I am not religious, I aim to create a religion-free environment in my home. I hold a Guinness World Record awarded in 2015, which I am always happy to discuss with those I meet. In addition to this achievement, I have been recognized for my public service and volunteerism in several ways. I was honored with the Jefferson Award Silver Medal in 2014 and named one of the "most inspiring people in the SF Bay Area" by the Bay Area News Group in 2015. I received the Australian Innovation and Leadership Award in 2018 for my nonprofit work and volunteerism in Australia. Most recently, in 2020, I was awarded one of the highest American Science awards for my innovative work in forensic science and medicine. My philosophy in life is rooted in kindness, respect, and courage. I believe in being kind in thought and action and that everyone deserves respect. I encourage vulnerability and approach life with open arms. I strive to empathize with others, knowing that everyone faces their battles. Above all, I keep an open mind and try to broaden my perspectives and perceptions. I hope these values ultimately lead to peace, love, and happiness in your and my lives.

I wanna break the norms but I'm too chicken to do it. All my dreams are in black-and-white. I drink coffee like it's going out of style. I flip through books and magazines from the back to the front. I caught my aunt's wedding bouquet. I advocate that people should be pass an IQ test before being allowed to have babies. I believe cheese is a basic food group. I don't eat pork because pigs are too smart. I'm tone-deaf but I love to sing. I'm the wallflower who just sits in the corner and spews sarcastic remarks PHILOSOPHY Keep it kind, keep it good, keep it right.

I have hosted and met a lot of awesome people through CS. Some of them have become some of my closest friends. I want to meet other people who love to travel and explore the world. I have lived in the San Francisco bay area for the past 20 years.

I'm Ukrainian Israeli American. I love walking around cities admiring different styles of architecture and nature. I love learning languages and getting to know the locals in the cities I visit. I am just about to relocate to Walnut Creek so if you’re in the area let’s meet up 😊
