I'm down for anything. I can hang out and have good conversation, or go out on the town and have a good time. I love to explore new things and have new experiences. I'm also sure to be respectful of other people and their homes no matter how they choose to host! Update for January, 2020: My company just published a cool game called Lightmatter, and I'm going to Aalborg, Denmark to celebrate the launch with the developers, Tunnel Vision Games. I'm taking a week to explore Scandinavia, which isn't long enough, but I'm going to make the best of it! Update for 2023: (May/June) Life has changed quite a bit since I started couchsurfing in 2015, and this year I have a little more time for some traveling! I'll be returning to Denmark in June to see Rammstein live for the first time, and then I might just do some exploring around Europe after that... (November) Still unemployed, still loving it! Let the adventures continue: first to the UK for some rock music and futbol, and then to Japan for some WWOOFing. Update for 2026 (September): I’ve been at home too long and it’s time for another adventure. First up is Ireland for the singles festival in Lisdoonvarna, then Spain to visit friends and family. I’ll end up in Germany in late October for the board game convention, Spiel, in Essen. Then London for my birthday!

CURRENT MISSION Life! Trying to get established in my career and save up some money to potentially go on some big trips in the future. ABOUT ME I'm a very friendly, happy, and easy-going person. It takes a lot to stress me out. I love to try new things, see new places, and meet new people. I'm not picky about anything: music, housing accommodations, food, etc. I'm also very hard-working and have a real passion for life. I currently live in Columbus, OH where I work as a Senior Chemist / Prep Lab Manager for the Organic Chemistry Teaching Labs at the Ohio State University. I also just started an MBA at OSU. I graduated with my Master's of Science from Purdue University in Ecological Sciences and Engineering doing climate change research in May 2018. I graduated in May 2013 from the University of Toledo with degrees in Bioengineering and Biochemistry. I've been to 50 countries, Couchsurfing in many of them, and I hope to continue traveling in the future. PHILOSOPHY Don't get stressed out! Love life and take advantage of every opportunity.
