After that, I spent 6ish years working odd jobs abroad and traveling around (two of these years were spent living in Norway, and the rest bumming around the rest of the world with my backpack). When I turned 25, I started studying at Malmö University, but I also spent some time at University of Macau. Since 2020 I work as a teacher - traveling when I can, but not as much as I want. I don't live my life after a Lonely Planet - I do some occasional sight-seeing, but what I'm really interested in is normal everyday life of people in different places worldwide. Hey! I am a quirky queer gal (she/her), working at the local Uni hospital. In my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends going to restaurants, playing board games, go to pub quiz and different queer performances or hang outs (like drag queen bingo/ drag shows or a queer pub/club evening). I also do volunteering, helping people with mental illness but also at Page 28 (our one and only queer bookshop). I grew up here in Skåne (both in Lund and Malmö, so as local as a city-gal gets). I eat meat, but rarely at home and used to be vegan, Malmö is a very vegan-friendly city so a warm welcome to you too. Ps. As I'm running my own business with the office at home, I have a very flexible life and can easy take some time off during the day. On the other hand I also often work during evenings and sometimes also nights. In everyday life I try to meet up with friends and other people, often over a dinner, coffee, a glass of wine or a beer in a restaurant, café or a bar.
